Eleonore Chow has been named the new general manager of the Sun Life Hong Kong agency. She has about 30 years of experience working in the insurance sector. She will oversee both core distribution operations and Sun Life Hong Kong's agency channels in her new role.
She is responsible for expanding the agency force's size and capabilities for the organization. In order to change the company's business model, improve service and productivity, and boost market share, she will also develop the agency force for the company in mainland China.
She served as Chief Partnership Distribution Officer at AXA prior to joining the company, where she was in charge of developing strategy and managing teams to meet business objectives. She has also had a number of prominent jobs in the past at significant insurance firms.
